My coaching philosophy is centered around the belief that each individual has the power to create their own success. I work with clients to help them identify their strengths and passions, and then develop an actionable plan to achieve their goals.

I also believe that many of the issues STEM Women face are rooted in other people's insecurities and behavior.  Observing and recognizing that it's not you is key to taking control of your own career.  Learning to cope with bias and inequity is not taught in school and is the single largest factor in a woman's success in STEM.

I have mentored, taught and counseled STEM professionals of all levels throughout my decades long career.  Now that my career is successfully winding down into retirement, I am offering my time as a coach to pay it forward and guide the next generation of amazing STEM Women.

Each session is a one-on-one phone or Zoom call that lasts 45-60 minutes.  During the session we can discuss any issue that concerns you about your career.  You set the agenda, the coaching session is your time and is about you.

This program is 100% confidential.  It is a safe space where you can discuss sensitive workplace issues, brag, vent, cry, and ask for help.  Full confidentiality statement is included in the Terms and Conditions link at the bottom of this page.  I can also provide a tailored non-disclosure agreement if required.

I offer unlimited email support between sessions. Questions after a session, new developments, or progress reports, all are welcome. I may also check in with you in between if I have not heard from you in a while.

At the end of the session, if you do not mention what actions you are ready to take, I will make suggestions. I ask clients to stretch themselves, deepen the work done in the sessions by writing, taking some action, resolving relationships or things that feel incomplete. I can also offer accountability, at your comfort level, to keep you on track.

While I do my best to give you actionable guidance, you own your results. Your success depends on your effort, motivation and willingness to engage and take action.
